About InHouse
InHouse was founded in 2024 with the ambition of creating co-living communities that thrive without compromise. Our name was derived from our company being both a property company and an operating company, ensuring that we take care of everything InHouse. Our mission is to provide great value homes and welcoming spaces in amazing locations. Our team comes with over 20 years of experience in the private rented sector, spread across four London Boroughs.
Our diversification into co-living is largely due to London’s ever-growing need for accommodation. We are committed to creating communities where people can live, work and socialise together. Our buildings are designed not only to serve as places for people to live but also as vibrant communities. We offer a broad range of self-contained units and fabulous amenities in the city’s most up and coming locations.
Our values centred around social inclusion, continuous improvement, and tenant satisfaction. We invest heavily in improving both the delivery of our services and the environments in which they are delivered. We are committed to enhancing the lives of our tenants by listening to and acting in accordance with their individual needs and wishes.

Its intention at the Site is to deliver and retain the property as a new part of their portfolio. A company called InHouse will be the operator of the scheme. InHouse will provide residents with the security and facilities to ensure a high standard of living and cohabitation, such as a reception / concierge area upon arrival at the building.

As part of this application, The applicant has appointed, Hollaway Studio (Architects), in order to comprehensively assess the co-living scheme and provide a design solution which complements the surrounding environment and provides suitable amenity for future residents.

Furthermore, and in order to ensure InHouse is effectively engaging with the wider community and various stakeholders, it has appointed Cascade Communications who will be liaising with the public throughout the application process.​
